- These are the terms and conditions for the Retirement Board of Allegheny County Retiree Portal.
- Accounts are only to be created by and used by the pensioner or his/her authorized representative.
- Users can receive one-time passwords via SMS or email to log into their Retiree Portal Account.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You can always choose to receive your one-time passwords via email. You can also request to get an SMS text in the future and reinstate it.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at pension@alleghenycounty.us or 412-350-4674.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any SMS messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages on a varying frequency, only when requested by you when you are attempting to login. You can also login using an email address. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
